Admin & Ops Staff

Location:Greater Taipei

Roles:Support the daily operations of our learning centers, including class scheduling and communication with local parents and schools. You’ll also take ownership of one project aligned with your interests and expertise such as competition planning, international program coordination, or other administrative initiatives. Additional tasks may be assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:Basic English proficiency (able to read and reply to simple emails). Strong administrative and document management skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Drive. Excellent communication with students, parents, and teachers. Detail-oriented and responsible, with the ability to manage tasks accurately and avoid errors.

Visual Designer

Location:Greater Taipei Area

Roles:you’ll lead the overall visual direction of our marketing team and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Your responsibilities include creating a wide range of marketing assets, supporting both online and offline campaigns, and refining our brand identity system such as color palettes, typography, and visual styles—to elevate our brand presence. You’ll also track and analyze the performance of visual content to continuously improve design impact.

Educational Business Development Assistant

Roles:Provide direct support to the CEO and Academic Director, focusing on outreach to prospective students and parents, sales support, and enhancing the overall learning experience. Through intensive training and hands-on practice, you’ll develop skills in consultative sales, educational product planning, and client relationship management, ultimately growing into a fully independent Educational Counselor.

Requirements:Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. Proactive and goal-oriented, with solid time management and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM tools is a plus. Basic proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

Educational Counselor

Job Responsibilities: Oversee the entire journey of building long-term relationships with potential clients, from initial contact to initial consultation, needs assessment, service coordination, continuous follow-up, and relationship maintenance; achieve sales conversion through a value-oriented approach, identifying added value and referral opportunities; plan and execute online/offline client activities to deepen relationships and strengthen brand influence; establish and manage a CRM system, recording interactions and preferences, and analyzing data to optimize strategies; act as the "voice of the customer," providing feedback on product and communication gaps, and assisting in course and service optimization.

Job Requirements: Experience in educational consulting, student recruitment, coaching, or B2C consulting services; ability to build trust and a professional image with students, parents, and professionals; familiarity with consultative sales processes; keen insight and empathy; proficiency in CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion); emphasis on process and data-driven decision-making; bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English; ability to handle complex situations; cross-departmental collaboration and rapid learning ability; adaptability to entrepreneurial environments.
