Ascent’s Youth Leadership Program is designed for students aged 13 and up who are passionate about social issues, nonprofit work, and project management.The curriculum centers on three pillars, strategic planning, project execution, and team leadership, and uses hands-on training to build essential soft skills: responsibility, collaboration, and structured problem-solving.
The program follows the internationally adopted Project Cycle Management (PCM) framework, widely used by NGOs and global donors. Integrated with communication theory, the course develops students’ strategic thinking and practical project skills. Participants learn to design effective strategies and communication plans for nonprofit initiatives while mastering professional-grade project management tools used in global contexts.
