Head Teacher/Teaching Assistant

Academic Officer

Location:Greater Taipei Area

Roles:Coordinate communication between Academic and Operations departments, track and execute academic projects, manage teaching materials and documentation, and oversee academic-related events. Analyze academic and student trends to provide actionable recommendations. Support various academic and internal school activities.

Requirements:Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable. Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills. Willing to support both internal and external events. Flexible, positive, and team-oriented. Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and other basic office tools.

Bonus skill:Experience in education or service operations. Familiarity with event execution or school administration.

Educational Business Development Assistant

Location:Greater Taipei Area

Roles:Provide direct support to the CEO and Academic Director, focusing on outreach to prospective students and parents, sales support, and enhancing the overall learning experience. Through intensive training and hands-on practice, you’ll develop skills in consultative sales, educational product planning, and client relationship management.Ultimately growing into a fully independent Educational Counselor.

Responsibilities:Business development and sales support, client conversion and relationship management, learning experience optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and professional training.
Requirements:Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. Proactive and goal-oriented, with solid time management and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM tools is a plus. Basic proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English. -
Bonus skill:Experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment. Familiarity with educational products such as curriculum design or online learning tools. Basic understanding of data analysis.
