Head Teacher/Teaching Assistant

Roles：Coordinate communication between Academic and Operations departments, track and execute academic projects, manage teaching materials and documentation, and oversee academic-related events. Analyze academic and student trends to provide actionable recommendations. Support various academic and internal school activities.

Requirements：Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable. Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills. Willing to support both internal and external events. Flexible, positive, and team-oriented. Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and other basic office tools.

Educational Business Development Assistant

Location：Greater Taipei Area

Roles：Provide direct support to the CEO and Academic Director, focusing on outreach to prospective students and parents, sales support, and enhancing the overall learning experience. Through intensive training and hands-on practice, you’ll develop skills in consultative sales, educational product planning, and client relationship management.Ultimately growing into a fully independent Educational Counselor.

Responsibilities：Business development and sales support, client conversion and relationship management, learning experience optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and professional training.
Requirements：Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. Proactive and goal-oriented, with solid time management and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM tools is a plus. Basic proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English. -
Bonus skill：Experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment. Familiarity with educational products such as curriculum design or online learning tools. Basic understanding of data analysis.
