Q1: Are your branches open on weekends?

A1: Most of our regular-term classes are held on weekends. During winter and summer breaks, we also offer special weekend programs. To confirm availability, we recommend calling or messaging your branch via LINE before visiting.

Q2: How long does a student need to attend classes before joining a debate competition? A2: Ascent hosts at least two debate competitions each semester. We strongly encourage all students to participate and grow through real-world experience. Many students join their first debate competition in their very first semester.Competitions are an integral part of our debate curriculum, and all students enrolled in debate classes are expected to participate as part of their learning showcase.If you'd like to know more about this semester’s competitions, feel free to contact us!

Q3: If my child doesn’t participate in the debate competition, can we waive or refund the competition fee? A3: Since competitions are built into the structure of our debate program, all enrolled students are expected to participate as part of their course outcome.If a student is unable to join during the current semester, their participation will be deferred to the next term, where they may join two competitions instead.
