The Leadership Immersion Program equips students aged 13 and above with essential business and project management skills tailored for the nonprofit sector. Through hands-on projects, mentorship, and the globally recognized Project Cycle Management methodology, students will learn accountability, teamwork, strategic planning, and tools like actor mapping, logical frameworks, and Gantt charts. By the program's end, participants will have developed their own personal and group nonprofit projects, gaining invaluable leadership and real-world problem-solving experience.
