Noah C.Y. Liu is an education practitioner who believes in the empowering nature of quality learning experiences. Earning his Master’s degree in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education where he studied language and literacy, he now specializes in developing science-based language learning curricula. He also works as a mentor in the Ivy League Challenge, a program that helps middle and high schoolers develop core competencies to bring impact to their communities, gain admittance to top-tier schools, and reach their full potential. During his undergraduate studies—for which he was awarded a full scholarship—he had also helped in researching the effectiveness of the implementation of Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), with an aim to facilitate and support Taiwan’s bilingual policy introduced in 2018. In his free time, he enjoys immersing in the world of art — creating music and digital art.
