Pauleen Carmela

Pauleen is currently a graduate student at National Taiwan Normal University, pursuing a degree in International Human Resource Development. The program is conducted entirely in English. Her research focuses on international communication and culture’s influence on behavior. Her work delves into deep understanding of human behavior and organizational psychology. Back in the university, Pauleen was the vice president for finance in the central student government and she was the batch representative for Best Buddies International.

Public speaking and leadership emerged as a natural extension of Pauleen’s passion for debate and writing. It is a chance to share stories, inspire others, and make a difference through words. Through public speaking, Pauleen learned the art of connecting with an audience, the importance of authenticity, and the impact of a well-told story.

As she ventured into the world of academia, she embarked on a quest for knowledge that would shape her future path. Through countless hours of study, research, and exploration, Pauleen delved into the depths of her chosen field, seeking to uncover new insights.

In parallel to her academic pursuits, Pauleen discovered a passion for teaching that became a defining aspect of her journey. Through one-on-one tutorial classes, she found joy in sharing her knowledge and insights with others, guiding them on their own paths of learning and growth. Each student Pauleen mentored became a part of her story, contributing to the tapestry of experiences that shaped her identity as an educator.
